I'm not in a good mood today and am just generally ugh, so I quickly wrote a song to vent my frustrations.

First time I've just sat down and written something like this in a long time.

download.

If you don't like noise don't bother. If you can't tell I was listening to a lot of Have a Nice Life tonight.

while my videos have been getting me down, i have been spending a lot of time developing my music.

I realized nothing I have online reflects anything I've been working on, so I finally decided to upload a brand new demo for people to hear.

Check it out! download in high quality!

This is a picture of my old dog, Molly. She died many, many years ago. I must have still been in elementary school, possible early middle school.

Just wanted to share it.

I'm a loser but instead of trying to explain my absence I'm just going to vent. I'm just going to throw myself a major pity party but whatever.

I warned you… )

hello all. I haven't abandoned you, I promise! By the end of the weekend I'll try to make an epic post. But until then, enjoy this new video I made called synapses.

I'm not putting it under a cut because I'm an asshole.

a few things

so I made this giant list of things I need to do before I go back to school (a week from today).

Let me share with you two of them I have accomplished.

One, a finally beat Persona 3! It only took eighty-four hours and fifteen minutes but I did it. Overall, it's hard to say exactly how I felt about the game. I cannot deny that it is brilliant in many ways. It's totally unique, and really does a great job at creating this world you can explore and really immerse yourself in. Yeah, there is quite a bit of grinding, and the story is really cheesy and is filled with lots of cliches... but still, these things actually made me like it even more. I like that it was freakishly long, sometimes getting to the point where I was annoyed. It was a fun and great experience. Plus, I really really really really really liked the way it ended. A lot.

Eight-four hours is a lot though. And now I have to do the bonus chapter that is in the special edition of the game, which is another thirty hours. But I'll take a break before diving into that.

Two, I saw Panda Riot last night! Now, one of my favorite genres of music ever is shoegaze. I love everything about it, and love many bands that play that style of music. But I've never seen any of them live. Until Panda Riot! It was over a two hour drive, and they only played for thirty minutes (five bands were playing that night -_-)... but holy shit I absolutely loved it. It was one of my favorite concerts ever! 100% Dream Pop Goodness. I loved how you could FEEL when the song ended because of the sudden end of this powerful wall of noise. I don't know, it was just awesome. And normally I'd complain as they didn't play songs off their album (more specifically, my two favorites songs off their album) but rather mostly new songs. But the new songs were amazing! I LOVE YOU PANDA RIOT, YOU GIVE OUT FREE BUTTONS.

Okay I better go work on that list some more. Here is a video of a new song they play. This isn't a video from the show I went to but another one on the tour.

so me and jess hung out tonight. we were bored and we decided to go to Micheal's to buy weird shit to do something weird. I had the idea of making a lion costume. It didn't quite turn out like that but whatever, it's pretty damn cool for only a few hours work.

Jess made a mask.

My costume and her mask pics under the cut.

summer is almost over!

It's crazy! I don't even know what to say. So much left undone.

I'm still working three days a week at Disney. It was going okay up until this week / next. They're giving me PM Stock shifts which is arguably the most boring thing in the universe. So yeah, I won't be too sad to leave that and go back to school.

This coming semester is going to be crazy. I feel in the grand scheme of things it's going to be better (mainly because I'll have my car), but there will definitely be trying times... I can tell that already.

AND THEN IT'S OFF TO LA, AHHH. Let's not talk about the future it's.. yeah, no.

So I've been playing Persona 3. A lot. I just passed sixty hours in the other day. The game is definitely like nothing I've ever played. The RPG elements are fantastic, I really like the combat system. The Social Link elements are amusing. I like how when you get to ten with a girl you just move on to the next, haha it's so wrong yet so hilarious. The story is cheesy as hell, but in that lovable sort of way. Well, what it boils down to is that the game is basically a PLAYABLE anime series. It has all the cliches and tropes of one. You just play it.

Anyways, besides that and work I haven't been up to too much. Going to see Black Moth Super Rainbow on Thursday which is quite exciting, though everyone is being an asshole and dropping out, so I think I'm going to just end up meeting people there, which sucks because I always feel like they will end up not going and then I'll be by myself.

I better go get my Persona 3 fix before I have to get ready for work. Before I go, though, here is a short film I made yesterday. Made it out of sheer boredom but it has some interesting moments. I really love the opening shot.

Huzzah! For the first time in forever I updated the Galactic Productions YouTube page!

We filmed a new short last week so I updated a few teasers for that. I'll upload the full short soon!

I killed cumulousdaydream, so I uploaded The Picnic to the GP site instead. It's hilarious, watch it!

Also, I FINALLY uploaded all four of those TOK videos I helped Christian and his friends make for class FOREVER ago. All four up, together in one place. Excitement!

So, go go go to the site and watch watch watch all the fun content. I'll be adding even more videos as time goes on!

MAXIMUM LINKAGE!

And while I updated this guy less and less, it's only because I'm working on really exciting things. I can't wait to share them with you all.
